Jessica began her career in massage therapy in 2007 after graduating from the Center for Natural Wellness in Albany, NY. Her passion for healing touch led her to Kerala, India to study Chavutti Thirumal and to Hawaii to study Lomi Lomi, as well as to becoming certified in oncology massage.

In 2017 Jessica traveled to San Francisco to learn both pediatric massage as well as pediatric oncology massage with Tina Allen. She has since travelled extensively across the globe to study even more with Ms. Allen- becoming certified to work with kids with autism, trauma, as well as teaching kids to massage their peers.  She also teaches expecting and new parents massage techniques for pregnancy, labor, on new babies and infants.

Jessica is a practitioner of Intergrated Energy Therapy and is also a Reiki Master practitioner. Jessica is a certified cupping therapist, and a Rossiter coach. Her never-ending search for knowledge doesn’t stop when she is unable to travel, she continually learns from home through either home-study courses or by reading and watching videos. This is how she has learned Ashi-thai,  Tantsu, and graduated the Barefoot Yomassage course with honors. In 2020 Jessica also became a licensed vibrational sound therapist through the Vibrational Sound Association. Most recently in 2022 Jessica, again, travelled to Hawaii to become certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Complete Decongestive Therapy.

I love what I do and I do what I love. There is no better feeling than making people feel good. Nobody ever gets the same treatment twice in a row. Your body and needs are different from day to day, and your treatment should reflect that. I like to say that I do all of the good stuff that makes you feel good! I am constantly looking to learn new things and bring them to my clients.

Why do I do what I do? I learned a long time ago that massage has many benefits besides just relaxation- it helps body, mind and spirit! Massage helped me out of a very hard time in my life and it made me want to be able to provide that same help to others.
